Doer Success Leaders are the local supervisors for a team of Doers.
They complete internet speed checks, track time and attendance, update Doers on training and changes and support Doers with any challenges.
These are the areas of employment that business owners just don’t have time to micromanage but need to be sure their Doer is working for them and their Doer is being productive.
DSL’s ensure Doers are proactive employees that are really doing what’s in the best interest for the business owner.
Subject Matter Experts
Subject Matter Experts are additional resources for Doers. They are a team of experts across every area of training and in scope tools. They provide a helpdesk environment for all Doers to request support if they’re unsure or how to complete a task.
Doers are empowered, independent lifelong learners who know how to see additional support, but it is comforting to have a resource to help them that also understands the bigger picture at Outsourced Doers.
