How do I pause or switch off JustCall Recording?
If a prospect has asked for their call not to be recorded, during the call you can click the button to turn off recording.
The red recording button will turn grey which means JustCall is not recording.
Click it again to switch it back off.
Call Compliance Rules
- Calls must be recorded unless a prospect/Founder specifically asks that the call is not recorded
- Recordings must be paused when taking payment information
