What is the pre-consult process?

There is a direct correlation between your Show-Up Rate and your Monthly Sales and Commissions…


Your goal is for your Show-up Rate to hit 60%+ (and exceptional SAMs can hit 70%+).


Follow the steps below:



Your prospects are also put into a automated Pre-Consult nurture. Always check their email history in Keap to ensure they have opened the automated reminder emails

You can also view additional communication history to the lead by going into Keap, searching for the contact and clicking ‘Notes’.


Step #1: Score Your Leads 📈

Every day before you start your Pre-Consult Confirmation, click on each appointment for the following day and add the Lead Score to the beginning of the Appointment Name: 



Now at a glance you’ll be able to see the level of business for each Founder and know which ones you’ll need to qualify a little more on the Pre-Call Confirmations.


Check if business is Out of Scope( OOS)

Industries we don’t service

-Witchcraft, Occult, Voodoo, Fortune telling. 

-Alcohol and Drugs

-Sex related industries, Explicit websites

-Gore


Step #2:  Phone Call 📳

When:  8am - 11am PST (Daily)

Who:  All booked consults for the following business day


Open your schedule and take note of all booked consults for the following business day.


Call each Founder using the Pre-Consult Script


Be sure to speak with authority, even if you leave a voicemail, to increase the chance of the Founder showing up.


Hot Tip:  Test first if you’re coming up as “Spam Risk” on the Founder’s phone (try calling your own number from JustCall).  If you do see the words “Spam Risk” appear on your phone, let your Sales Leader know and they’ll get it cleared for you.


Note that you will sometimes need to try calling a Founder twice as often it won’t ring the first time and go straight to voicemail.  Always double dial.


Step #3:  Text 📱

When:  8am - 11am PST (Daily)

Who:  All consults who do not answer call in Step #1


Go to JustCall and send a text to anyone in your Pre-Call Confirmation list for tomorrow who didn’t answer the phone in Step #1.


Send the text below and tailor the time to the Founder’s Time Zone: 


Hi [Founder Name][Your Name] here with Outsourced Doers. Reaching out to confirm our 45 minute call for tomorrow at 11AM PST.  [SEND]


I’ve pulled together a tailored Blueprint for you and am excited to share with you 🙂 [SEND]


Please let me know if that time still works for you.  Thanks, [Your Name][Your Name] [SEND]


Step #4a:  Text 📱

When:  End of Day (Daily)

Who:  All consults who do not respond in Step #2 or Step #3


Go to JustCall and send a text to all Founders who haven’t responded yet.


Send the text below and tailor the time to the Founder’s Time Zone: 


Hi [Founder Name][Your Name] here with Outsourced Doers. Please confirm that 11AM PST still works so I can keep that time slot available for you.  Just reply “Yes” or “No” to this message.  Thanks, [Your Name]


Step #4b:  Email ✉️

When:  End of Day (Daily)

Who:  All consults who do not respond in Step #2 or Step #3


Go to your Google Calendar and click on the Founder’s calendar booking.


Click on the Email icon in the right hand column.

Send an email to Founder with the following message: 


Hi [Founder Name]


I’ve tried to contact you via phone today to make sure you have our scheduled call in your calendar - it’s a 45 minute call at 11AM PST tomorrow.  


Please be somewhere quiet where you’ll be able to take notes.  Looking forward to speaking with you!


Chat then, [Your Name]

Step #5:  Text 📱

When:  Start of Day (on day of call)

Who:  All consults for the current day who have “opt-out” / “do not message” status on JustCall


Send a text from your personal phone to all Founders who have not received the automated text due to their JustCall status.


Send the text below and tailor the time to the Founder’s Time Zone: 


Hi [Founder Name][Your Name] here with Outsourced Doers. Looking forward to our call today at 11am PST and sharing the tailored Outsourcing Blueprint I’ve pulled together for you.  Speak soon, [Your Name]
