How does the Doing Roadmap and Doing Sessions work?

Summary:

  1. Founders submit the Roadmap Questionnaire within the portal
  2. Our coaches send the completed roadmap to the Founder within 10 business days, including an accompanying video walking them through the roadmap
  3. Once the initial roadmap is complete (or at around 90 days) they get their Doing Sessions (OD5 gets 1x session, OD12 gets 3x sessions) for guidance around their next steps

For our Founders, understanding where to start can be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created the Doing Roadmap.

So what is a Doing Roadmap?

It is a personalized action plan to give the Founder a clear direction to go in, actionable steps to take their business to the next level and how they can best utilize your Doer to get there. By optimizing the OD success blueprint, ensuring that they never feel lost again.

It’s the only plan they need to navigate the uncharted territories of entrepreneurship with confidence.

The process is simple…

Fill out the brief questionnaire in the portal. Share their business details, sales processes, and revenue. Tell us about current marketing strategies, social media platforms, funnels used, email lists built, and any ads running.

From there, our coaches will review and develop their roadmap which is tailored to their business, strengths, and challenges. 

Each roadmap is personalized based on their responses, built to optimize the Doing Plans within the Doing Incubator Portal. So that they have clear direction, delegation, and decision making advantages!

Once they submit their answers…

Within 10 business days, the Founder will receive their roadmap with an accompanying video guiding them step-by-step.

This is not a 1:1 session! 

With the Doing Roadmap, their partnership with your Doer becomes clear, manageable, and productive. 

Once the Founder has completed the initial roadmap (or at around 90 days) the Founder can book in for their Doing Session with our coaches for the next steps. OD 5 gets 1x session, OD 12 gets 3x sessions.
