Once you have successfully processed a sale, the Founder enters a thorough onboarding process. First, they are sent a welcome email which takes them to a congratulations page, prompting them to complete their service agreement and their business brief.
The business brief they see will be unique to their industry, based on the product type you process, so it’s important to get this right.
Once those are complete, they’ll have access to the Outsourcing Mini Series. This takes no more than half an hour and covers key information they need to know before they get unlocked into the entire Doing Incubator program.
There are 8 videos to set them up for success, covering Doers University, the Doing Roadmap, the Doing Incubator portal, delegating to Doers, password protection and data security, how to brief their Doer, and what their Doer can and can’t do.
They’ll also be prompted in the mini series and through email reminders to book their kick off call, complete their Doing Roadmap questionnaire and enrol their Doer into Doers University.
In less than 1 hour after speaking with you, they can have this completed and gain full access to the Doing Incubator, including access to coaching calls, the facebook groups and our Briefing Toolkit with all of our Doing Plans.
They are then sent information to learn how to use Basecamp (the default Project Management tool) and are sent their first day/week brief email.
Finally they will receive an introduction video personalized to them from their Doer.
This provides a ton of value before they even meet their Doer.
Once they have launched and are working with their Doer, their onboarding phase is complete and they are assigned to the Client Experience team for ongoing Founder support.
