These calls are not typical outbound calls - you need to handle no-show calls completely differently.


Step 1: Outbound → Book

Hey this is [Your Name] here calling about the appointment you booked in on ____? With Outsourced Doers?

The reason I’m giving you a call is because it looks like you booked in an appointment to speak with one of our Outsourcing Advisers about getting the help of a Virtual Assistant to grow your business and - I’m not sure if you didn’t complete the pre-call form, or maybe it was a system error - but it looks like the system automatically cancelled your call…

So I wanted to give you a shout a see what prompted you to book the call in the first place? And if it makes sense… possibly getting you on another call with our top adviser to go over some strategies on (how to solve problem/achieve outcome). Does that make sense?

To avoid another call quite close before your Consult, transition to the Pre-Call Confirmation questions you would normally ask so that you only have to send them a text message the day before the Consult.
