How long does it take for a Doer to complete a task?

There is an estimated time allocated to each task within each Doing Plan (briefing document). 


This is an estimate only and depends on the tool used, volume of work and the complexity of the brief provided by the Founder. 


The briefing toolkit is made up of both build and maintain tasks. 


Some common build task examples are below and include additional ongoing maintenance Doing Plans post build:


  1. Funnel build: 2 days p/funnel
  2. Email Nurture build: 1 - 2 days
  3. Website build: 3 - 7 days
  4. Online Course & Content build: 3 - 9 days
  5. Social Media content creation (90 days): 2 - 5 days
