What can’t a Doer do?

The tasks currently considered as out of scope for a Doer are:


  • Copywriting

  • Facebook Ads creation

  • Marketing/Business Strategy

  • Bookkeeping/Accounting

  • Taking/making phone calls

  • Working overtime or weekends

  • Advanced video editing

  • Advanced website development

  • Coding/programming

  • App development

  • Preparing and submitting grant or funding applications


Can Founders train their Doer?

Yes! Doers can do anything else outside of these tasks. If the task is not covered in Doer Onboarding or in Doers University, their Founder can train them in just about anything they want to outsource. They’re virtual assistants and are there to take low value tasks off the Founders plate, as long as the Founder is prepared to train them. 


Doers are also trained to create SOPs for their Founder. The Founder can brief the Doer, the Doer can create an SOP and share it with their Founder for approval which they can then take over.
