What tools are out of scope?
If a Founder uses a different system to what is on our list, if it is a general tool/application/system similar to what we would use it's not going to be an issue.
If it is completely new and unknown to us then we will evaluate the software to see what we have that is close to it, and the Doer can spend personal time in their training period learning it. They might have some questions for the Founder, but the basic education will be done.
Essentially, if it is similar to a system that is a core competitor to what we use, it's going to be okay, but not if it is something completely random.
A Founder can really use any system with their Doer over time, but they can't expect the Doer to be trained in it, or to be better at it than the Founder, and will need to invest time providing all of the training. They must be set up with these expectations before being onboarded.
