Just finding a Doer is such a tiny part of the overall process it takes to grow a team.Finding a Doer is super tricky, particularly in a foreign country.  There’s the job ad, the reviewing of applicants, the interviews, language test, psychometric test, typing tests, the reference checks, the police checks, the contracts - and that’s just to hire them.

Then, there’s a tonne more ongoing that people don’t consider when they start. I’m talking payroll, taxes, pensions, medical, sick leave, annual leave, insurances, and all the legalities.

And then of course training which is huge - particularly if you’re not 100% confident in the digital marketing tasks you’re training your Doer in.  And of course the ongoing training for your Doer.

And then there’s the 13th Month - a legal requirement in the Philippines for every employee.
