  1. Call the Founder 1 minute before the top of the hour (Example: 10:59 AM PST) Don’t Leave Voicemail

  2. Double Dial (Immediately Call Back if No Answer)  Don’t Leave Voicemail

  3. Send text message

If there’s still no response, complete the Post Consult form and mark them as a no show. This will trigger an automated email for them to reschedule. 


Continue to work through follow up, now show, reschedule and cancellation lists.
