Can my prospect see the contract before paying?

We take payment prior to sending agreements. You can only send the example agreement to prospects once approved by your Sales Leader. The example agreement is subject to change and is a guide only for what to expect. 


Any questions or concerns about the agreement can be discussed with their onboarding manager once they become a Founder. Most concerns regarding the contract are resolved this way. 


We do not have an in-house lawyer and can only answer basic questions. 


If a client has any concerns or is uncomfortable with the contract, they should have it checked out by their lawyer and need to know that we are not lawyers and cannot give legal advice. 


The contract cannot be amended and is what it is. We cannot spend hours explaining the contract over the phone. We will answer basic questions as best as we can.
