Contract/Agreement

Contract/Agreement

Common Phrases:
  1. "Can I see the CONTRACT  before paying?"
  2. "Can I see the SERVICE AGREEMENT before paying?"
Rebuttal:

"Completely understand and get that you want to be sure that everything adds up.

Here’s how our process works, we’ll process the payment, and your service agreement will be sent to you along with your business brief in the next 30 minutes or so.

Review the service agreement and if you have any questions or concerns, the onboarding team will be able to talk you through them.

If you find you’re still unsure about anything, you can of course have it checked by your lawyer.

If there are unexpected concerns with the agreement that you cannot move past, until your service agreement is signed, you can cancel your enrolment for a full refund."
