Minimum Monthly Quota to retain a sales seat with Outsourced Doers is:

  • 13 Units and

  • $71,500


The commission structure rewards high sales performers with increased commissions.

Method for Calculation


  1. Your total number of units will be calculated at the end of the month. Buyers remorse will be deducted from your total units. 

  2. All of your sales made during the month will be calculated based on your total number of units.  For example, if your final unit count is 12 at the end of the month, all of your units for that month will be calculated at a 65% commission. If your final units count for the month is 20, all of your units for that month will be calculated at a 140% commission.

  3. Commissions on Upgrades, Part Time Doers and other products will all be calculated based on the percentage ratios based on your total number of units.

  4. Monthly quotas will be adjusted if a SAM has approved time off or vacation time of more than 3 days in the month


This is additional to your base salary and any other bonuses.


Additional Newbie SAM Conditions 

  • SAMs within their first 2 months after training (Newbie SAMs), will receive 100% commission provided they hit quota

  • Newbie SAMs who don’t achieve Quota, will receive 50% Commission

  • Newbie SAM Quotas:

    • First partial month = 4-6 Units

      • (Numbers will be adjusted based on the cohort start date) 

    • First Full month on full consults = 10 Units

    • 2nd Full Month and subsequent months on full consults = 13 Units and $71,500 in revenue
