What is a Business Brief?
A Business Brief is a series of simple questions about a Founders business, their tools, their market and their needs through an online form/questionnaire.
It has a huge impact on how we match and train a Doer for their Founder.
Founders can add anything else they think will help and it allows us to ensure an exceptional experience.
We cannot provide an example of a Business Brief as Founders provide this information for us, but the types of information we ask for in the Business Brief is:
- Business name
- Website and Social Media links
- Business Statement (we help them create this)
- Offers
- Team information
- Tool & Systems
- Branding
- The top areas they require support
